Worked at WDS Global's Kirkland Call Center under a Robert Half International Contract. Answered and troubleshooted up to 20 calls a day and typed detailed reports for each. Learned and used over 20 hardware devices ranging from digital phones and PDA's to PC internet cards and Bluetooth drivers.
Used many PC-side emulators and programs ranging from website databases to PC-side server-accessable programs. Worked as part of a 10 man team under a contract supporting Verizon Wireless Customers. Multitasking situations were almost always in effect.
